Store Policy:
"Decorate A Bear" offers the following Returns Policy:
Due to the nature of the service we provide, we cannot take returns on Custom Embroidered merchandise (with the exception of errors made on our part). Any defective product or embroidery will be replaced at no charge to you, including all shipping and handling charges.
Upon receipt of your merchandise; should any defects be found, we request that you
Contact Us within (3) working days of receipt. We cannot accept returns on Custom Embroidered merchandise, unless a defect is found in the product or craftsmanship.
If you have purchased BLANK merchandise and find that you have ordered the wrong size, color, etc..., we will accept a return of the goods. In this instance, the Shipping and Handling costs will not be refunded. Please be aware that the returned merchandise may be subject to a 15% Restocking Charge. You will be required to Contact Us and obtain a Return Authorization Code, prior to the return of any merchandise.
