There are two different Fund Raising options for your organization to choose from. You may choose to have an order taking Fund Raiser or you may choose to have a Bear Stuffing Night. Both styles of fund raiser have pricing based on a sliding scale. You get to set the prices for all the items to be sold for based on your needs and local economy. Your fees to us are a set price based on the total number of items purchased and is given to you up front. There are no surprise fees or costs involved.
With the order-taking program, we will provide you with all of the color flyers and an order form that you can copy locally. You set the dates and longevity of your fund raising event. This can also be used as a pre-order for a Bear Stuffing Night. You will receive the products within 2-3 weeks of turning in your order.
With the local Bear Stuffing Night program, you choose the date and we will supply you with a pre-determined number of animals and outfits to sell. Customers can purchase and complete their animals while at your event that afternoon or evening or take the kit home to complete on their own. Every un-stuffed plush and outfit sold can make a huge difference to your church, school or group. This fund raiser requires a 50% deposit. All unsold/unused items may be returned at the end of your event but you must pay return shipping costs.
