We cannot accept returns of Custom Embroidered products, unless
the product or the embroidery is faulty.
Upon request, we can provide you with a proof of your Custom
Embroidery design to ensure it meets with your approval. If getting
a Proof, please make sure you examine the Proof and get back with
us on any changes you wish to make within (5) working days of
receipt of your Proof. For a small fee, we can provide you with a production Sample.
